Role Play Pool Party V.2

Clive turned around when he heard Heaven's voice.

"Oh hi Heaven," Clive said. "Could you help us get Orinda his bar back? That Spike is very dangerous and I think he's going to do something really bad in there."

Finding a box of liquid fire flower under the bar, Spike set it on top of the bar as he then got to work dumping what little waste was in the trash can all over the floor. Cramming the broken pieces of table into the garbage can, he dumped the whole box of fire flower inside it and lit a match. Dropping it in, the blaze erupted and nearly hit the ceiling. Stepping back with an evil giggle, he nodded and felt it went good in the middle of the room as it were.

Seeing that part of the work was done, he began to take his hammer to the walls of the tavern, tattering and tearing through the wood and wallpaper that lined it. This was Spike's bar, and nobody was going to take it from him.

Orinda got nervous as he saw Heaven approach them but then noticed she came out fairly friendly, which calmed him down somewhat. Slowly staggering to his feet, he was just about to respond to Heaven when his ears caught the sound of loud banging and the sound of wood breaking. "I can't imagine what's he doing..", he said with a bit of a sigh. "Any ideas for how we get in there?"

"He doesn't even know that we are gone," Clive replied. "Surely he would have noticed we escaped by now. Either that or he doesn't care." Clive thought for a minute and then said, "Is there a back door into the bar? Or does Bowser have a key for this door?"

Heaven scratched her head and looked around the building for a moment. "If he has a key then that's new to me." she said as she then attempted to pull the door open. Seeing it was clearly locked, she attempted to peek through one of the windows. Catching a glimpse of inside the place, she looked to Orinda and sighed. "If you didn't want your bar destroyed, I just confirmed the damage."

"Or that was his plan all along," Orinda said to Clive. "To let him be alone and do what he wanted." Then looking to Heaven, Orinda threw up his hands. "Now what do we do?"

Iggy strut around with the giant cowboy hat on. "Hey little lady, now I'll tell you how it's gonna be.", he said with a bit of a John Wayne accent.

Finishing up the walls, Spike found an old jukebox sitting in the back left corner of the tavern. He smashed the glass on the top of it with a swift punch and threw all the records out of it carelessly. Taking a radio out of his shell, he placed it inside the broken shards of glass and plugged it in, heavy metal music playing from the radio. Head banging his way back over to the bar, he fixed himself a drink and took off his leather jacket, revealing his pink shell and turquoise green skin. He kicked back on a bar stool and relaxed.

Kima perched on Majusi's back, holding the balloon in a circular curve around the chief's head to give the impression of an afro, while Majusi attempted some simple disco dance moves while attempting to croon what was probably supposed to be some song from the '70s but just sounded like a Yoshi-Koopa hybrid badly crooning a song from the '70s.

Crystal walked through the darkness as she felt cobwebs brushing against her face. "I'm fine.", she said back to Murcs as she wondered where the light switch was in here. As she was walking along aimlessly in what seemed the middle of the room, she felt a cold chain slide across her forehead. She pulled down on the chain as a bright light filled the attic. She covered her eyes from its sudden flash of light.

Iggy took off the green hat as he slapped a button, emitting a loud buzzing sound. "Alright, one-thousand points to whoever you are," he said as he then looked to Majusi. "But you look familiar to someone else who also inhabited the island."

"Huh," Majusi mused as Kima tossed the balloon back to Iggy. "I was of the impression this would last longer. Regardless, as to your question, I will admit my... hybridism is a rarity-"

"But nothing to not be proud of, sir!" Kima chirped.

"Indeed, Kima. As I was saying, my hybridism is a rarity, and so it's to be expected that encountering one would stand out in one's mind and be triggered by encountering another."

"Ah," Murcury said as he looked around the now lit attic. "There we are." He marveled at the draped cobwebs coming down thick from the rafters that lined the ceiling. "All the cobwebs we could ever need," he mentioned to Crystal as he gave her a gentle hug. "And it's ours for the taking."

Thinking he heard a noise, Spike looked around for a moment and shrugged. Turning the music up louder, he continued to kick back and drink away.

Kamek ran after Elaine. "What kind of work?", he yelled out to her as he struggled to catch up with her, tripping over his robes and things. "I hope it isn't anything too severe!"

Iggy caught the balloon and put it away behind his desk. "It is a bit of a rarity," he said as he walked around the desk and watched the hybrid. "I didn't ask your name, what is it?"

Majusi opened his mouth to speak, but Kima spoke up first. "How dare you pretend you didn't hear me earlier when I announced the chief! This is the great Majusi Koopa, chief of the Yoshis!"

"Chief of some Yoshis," Majusi clarified as he picked Kima up by the head and moved him to the side. "Kima, remember, mind your manners in front of the prince."

"It's still a great disrespect..." the Ukiki muttered.

Pulling himself up from his sprawled out position within the bar, Spike got to his feet and slowly dragged himself up towards the front door. Peeking his yellow eyes through the glass that arched the top of the door, he quickly glanced for any unwanted visitors. Seeing nothing, he shrugged and made his way back over to where he was sitting behind the bar, kicking up his feet once more.

Iggy looked at the Ukiki and then to Majusi, seeming a bit mixed up. "I'm Iggy", he said as he scratched his head looking at his desk. "Who is this prince you keep mentioning?"

"I was referring to you," Majusi replied. "Are you not a prince of the Koopa Empire?"

Clive peeped through the hole again and saw Spike coming to the door. He quickly hid back and waited and then looked through when he saw Spike walking away again.#

"That was close, he nearly saw us," Clive said.

Crystal smiled to Murcs for a moment and then began running along the walls with her arms outstretched, collecting the silky tender webs from along the walls and just below the ceiling. They sparkled like water under a bright moon in the dim light that filled the room.

"I despise that koopa," Heaven said with a bit of a scowl. "Disgusting little cheat!" Looking to Orinda, she thought to herself. "You have a hard head?", she asked him, inquisitively.

"People tend to say that," Orinda said with a bit of a giggle as he looked to Heaven. "Why do you ask?"

Heaven shrugged as she picked Orinda up in her arms. "Oh no reason." she said whimsically as he straightened him out and made a charge for the door. Driving Orinda head first into the door as hard as she could, she broke the door leading to the tavern down. "Well okay, maybe a reason!", she said with a giggle as she kissed Orinda's scaly forehead in thanks.
