Never heard of a Mona Lisa in the Ninja Turtles.. that's really interesting and there are so many characters in that franchise that it isn't possible to put every single one in a game.

Mona Lisa I didn't really see many episodes about or hear about.. Venus De Milo however, I know was written off since they didn't want a female turtle.

Why wouldn't they want a female turtle? I'm curious.

Don't know, one of the creators saw it as a blemish on the franchise after it debuted on one of their television series and they refuse to remember a female turtle ever existing.

So its not a sexist kind of thing but it is? Or is this just an opinion based thing that could go in any direction?

while what you say about Venus de Milo is true guys, some gals might see it as sexist or just see the creator as being sexist on that particular area. I think also that a lot of fans would of seen her as tacked on and a desperate measure to keep the franchise fresh a lot of television shows and movie sequels do it too.
