Over 3 weeks ago, my laptop charger exploded. A couple days later, I asked for the replacement. A week after THAT, I had no answer and had to call them. They'd lost my email with the payment confirmation. I re-sent it, they finally got it and started the process. They said they'd call me or email me in a couple of days to tell me when it was gonna be sent. Another week passed and nothing. I called again, and somehow there had been some kind of confusion in the process. They said they'd call me that day, and nothing. I called, they promised me they'd email me that day, and nothing and so on till this last Thursday, when they FINALLY sent me an email with the tracking number of the package. It was scheduled for this coming Monday, but it actually arrived yesterday. I was so happy! And then! I opened the box.

They sent me the wrong charger. As if that were not insulting enough, the cable they sent didn't fit the charger. Oh, the paper slip promised it had been tested, but how the heck do you test a charger without connecting it!

In a bit of making lemonade out of (bitter) lemons, we do have a lot of electronics at home, so spare cables are at least POSSIBLE to obtain. I tried the charger, as aside from slightly different specs, the connector did fit the laptop. The laptop is now working, but GOOD GODS. Wrong charger and not even the cable to go with it? It's like a really bad joke.

Would be about as mad as a cut snake over that mate. I'd bail those wankers up if I were you.

If they have a satisfaction guarantee warranty Envy, I'd hold this against them. That's terrible service.

Just got back home from Belgium, had a great time and will definetely go again sometime. First time abroad and well worth it.

Yeah, I filed a complaint immediately on Saturday. They SAID they're going to call today to tell me what excuse reason the tech support department had to make such a stupid mistake a change to the item specs.

Don't be afraid to vent off them Envy. The last thing these places like are unhappy customers.
