Skittles had a weary expression on his face as he just looked at Fire and Sweet and shook his head in disagreement. "You really trust this guy?" he whispered aloud to the koopa knight.

Bowser was walking the corridor that led from the Reznor stalls back to the throne room when he heard the footsteps of someone approaching. Being he wasn't one to have fears, he was king of the koopa empire of course, he let off an enormous roar just for the sake of hearing his powerful voice echo throughout the castle.. and to scare off whoever might be approaching.

"That's not gonna work, cheatsy!" he shouted aloud. "I can still hear you!"

(Alright. Let's try this again, shall we? I think I can jump in now)

After a long while of wandering about lost, Envy would manage to make their way to the throne room. The small violet-eyed hybrid looked nervous and awkward as they approached whoever was still in there.

Heaven was just about to leave the throne room when she heard Bowser's obnoxious yelling echoing up the hall. Shaking her head at it, she heard a set of footsteps as well as they lightly pounded against the stone floor that lined the great castle. Keeping alert and herself leaned against the large decorated red door that led into the room, she awaited to see who it was.

It could be an intruder if Bowser was yelling.. but then he did an AWFUL lot of it. Perhaps..

(Yes, he is.)

Rolling his eyes and giving Skittles a clear answer, Fire dusted himself off and coughed. "You're right," he said with a small smile as the koopa troopas that had been roaming around the clearing outside the forest began to climb up the ladder to meet Wario. "Where the heck are my manners?"

(Ah, thank you!)

The roar the Koopa King had given out sent chills down Envy's spine. But it didn't stop them from entering the throne room. They had to find out, after all, if this place was really as horrible as Crystal remembered.

The first thing they saw was Heaven. Eyes wide, they looked at her. They'd never seen any creature like that... what exactly was she? Was she the one who roared like that? They didn't know what to say, however and just stood there, staring awkwardly.

"That's what I've-a been wondering," Wario commented as he picked his nose again. Out of the corner of his eye, he noticed the gathering Koopas; a rather sizable crowd, probably too big to take on all at once, even for him. An exit strategy might not be uncalled for...

"So what do ya say?" Fire said as he extended a hand out to Wario with a cheesy smile as he attempted to hide its bad intention. "Water under the bridge and let's get you meeting royal highness?"

Wario gave the outstretched hand a disapproving stare before directing it right at Fire's face. "I don't-a know," he replied. "I-a said no funny business, and they..." He pointed his thumb behind him at the gathering Koopas. "...are looking suspiciously like funny business."

Skittles stood at the right side of Fire as he twirled his wand around playfully in his hands. "We just wanna meet ya," he said to Wario, struggling to keep a giggle from coming out. "Don't you know a welcoming party when ya see one?"

As the last of the troopas made it up the ladder, which totaled well over a hundred of them now, Fire let off a friendly chuckle at the plumber's remark. "Interesting?" he asked aloud.

"Yeah, interesting," he answered. "I'm-a never invited anywhere, if you can believe that. So what I-a usually do is bust through their wall. That-a really turns the eyes."

"Believe it," Fire said as he took a few steps back from Wario and made a simple flick with his wrist in the air above his head. "Get him fellas."

The koopa troopas reacted instantly to their commander's orders as four groups of twenty made a mad rush in for the plumber, reaching for any limb they could secure.

Pushing her way through the crowd of troopas, Sweet took out steel chain from her shell. It was easily a couple of feet worth, enough to wrap the plumber from his neck to his thighs at least. "About to be tied up plumber!" she shouted.

Using his wand to reopen a warp tunnel that led back to Koopa Castle, Skittles let off a giggle. "One way ticket too!" he shrilled.

Figures, Wario thought. Considering a group of a hundred Koopas was about as stealthy as he was, he had no problems reacting immediately, kicking off the ground at a surprisingly fast speed for his size and Dashing arm-first in the gap between Fire and Skittles, away from the incoming army and around the warp portal. "WARIO TIME!" he shouted as he darted for the Bulldog.

As he was just beginning to gloat, Skittles noticed the plumber fleeing for his plane. Aiming his wand directly at the vehicle, he shot a bright beam of light at the plane and transformed it into a poodle.

"Waa!" He skidded to a stop besides where the plane was a moment ago, only to find a poodle there. "My plane!" He picked up the dog, looking it over. "Grr... You'll pay for messing with WARIO'S Bulldog!" he shouted at Skittles. He considered taking revenge immediately, but then remembered the Koopa army; there would be time for that later. He immediately resumed running away.

About forty of the koopa troopas continued to chase down Wario as a few others began to point and giggle at the result of the "Bulldog".

Feeling like she was being watched, Heaven turned her head around and saw a pair of violet eyes that stood out in the dim lighting of the castle which often seemed to shroud every floor and room of it. Feeling a tad bit scared, she sensed an equal amount of fear in the eyes that belonged to this stranger. Gathering up her courage, all she could do ultimately was stand there.

"Hello," she called out to the creature. "Please don't be shy?"

Envy took a few steps forward.

"Um... hello. I, uh, think I might be lost?" they said. They didn't really know what else to say. It's not like they could just say that they were looking for answers here about what this place really was like. So far, though, no armies, or screaming prisoners... unless that roaring creature made them into that.

Sweet gave chase after Wario, rather surprised by the fat guy's speed. But also knew once they got to the Forest of Illusion or Chocolate Island that the terrain would slow him down.. and seriously, nobody can run forever.

"Come back here intruder!" she yelled out at him, keeping her pace. "You can't get away from us!"

"We'll-a see about that!" Wario grunted defiantly to himself. Though even he had to admit the odds weren't-a looking so good: there were too many to take on at once by himself, and even if he could find something substantial to throw at them, one of his arms was busy carrying the poodle that was formally his plane under it.

Eventually, however, he came across something very handy: a slope in the ground. Or more accurately, a slope in the ground where downhill was away from the people he was running from. "Hope you haven't had lunch yet, doggy!" He dived off the edge of the slope and broke out into a somersault, rolling down the incline and gaining speed quickly. Even after the ground leveled out, he kept on rolling, hopping over rocks and juts from the ground.
