Official Character Sign-Up

As you folks may or may not know by looking at the Bios section of the website, we have official characters that are inactive or not being used at the moment. Besides the ones that obviously say retired next to it, anybody is open to signing up to use that character. A piece of advice, don't copy a previous RPers style or personality of a character.. instead, give that character a twist of your own but keep it believable. The available roles are below:

A bit confused on the minor/background characters. What do you mean by the goombas, etc? Do you mean goombas in general or are they specific ones?

What about self-created enemies like my koopa troopa characters?

Clive, if you remember Lance's Reznor from the Pool Party, that's a minor character. It is a character with no standout abilities. It could be a koopa troopa simply handing out drinks at the bar or just a standard koopa troopa providing basic information like the ones in the Vanilla Dome in the first pool party.

Unless my old buckaroo Lars minds, I'll take Ludwig. Matter of fact, I'll E-Mail em and double check.

Is someone really talking about Mario and Luigi again? If we get one more godmodding plumber, I'm not fighting with people anymore.

Yeah, me too. It gets old having to triple/quadruple team someone to have a fighting chance.

Can't we come up with an original protagonist? I mean whoever is gonna be Mario and Luigi needs to know that bar is gonna be awful high.

That solely depends on how people win and lose. If it comes down to 'Mario is naturally stronger than a koopa' then I'm not interested.

It needs to be fair to everybody and everyone needs to play by the same rules. Thought that's why we're developing the dice-rolling system?

Koopas are always stronger. Mario would be nothing without his powers.

So if we do RP the plumbers again, whoever does that will always get the jacked end if koopas are stronger. I agree with Tia, people have to play by the same rules if we do this and people can't just go around saying who is stronger than the other. It isn't fair for everybody if we do that.
