Going slow.. trying to work two jobs, keep up on RP and add things to the forum. If Tia could help get the posts rounded up, that would be a huge help.

Not going to be able to get on during the weekend. I'm gonna get Chugami someplace out of the way on the RP boards until then. Also, for those wondering, I'm finally doing some planning on my approved RP, so that may come out at some point, but don't hold your breath.

So here's the overall deal: I'm traveling right now. I've spent the last two days in the car, which is why I wasn't able to get on. I got five days at my current location, with functional Internet, before my family sets out for the next destination (and I'm pretty sure I'm going to actually be with them when they do) and I'm gonna be out of touch again. Updates as events warrant.

Hope you're doing okay wherever you are SC and can't wait for you to get back on, I'm still waiting for that MSN request, lol.

Ever have a day that was good and bad? Yep, one of those days...

Progress on YDKJ:GOE episode 2 is proceeding about as well as I could hope given how far I am out of my comfort zone (what with another state and all). The first question's all but done and the character (i.e. the player number) animations are finished, which just leaves Screw implementation before the overall question structure is completed and I can start on the other questions. My primary concern at this point is that the voice clips aren't clear enough, and given it's a YDKJ fangame, voice clarity is an absolute must.

What kind of microphone are you using for voice recording?

The USB microphone I got with Guitar Hero: World Tour. Also, learning how to use Audacity (my sound-editing and recording program) is fairly paramount, and I'm sure if I toy with it enough I'll get the results I need.
