I remember back when SMW came out and Iggy had those swirly looking eyes behind the glasses, that I used to think he could hypnotize people into a trance and make them do what he commanded. But you wanted to know this, Greg. ^.^ Honestly though these days, I think Iggy wears those big old glasses because he's blind as a bat.. such as myself. lol - Terry wrote:

| Sorry to double-post.
Recently I've been jumping through a few different PC games as of late, after finishing off The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages. Was playing The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth for awhile, and am now juggling between Darwinia and Spiral Knights. Also considering picking up Uplink, if I can get the nerve for it; I'm especially fond of A.I. stories, and have been brewing up a spinoff title of my own based on reading and watching other playthroughs.

| Final Fantasy Mystic Quest for the SNES has NOT aged well since it was released in 1992. Two hours of gameplay and I'm already halfway finished. | |

- Super Smash Bros for Wii U
- 8-Player Brawl
- Team Battle, with one human player against seven CPU players at whatever one difficulty setting they want
- Stock: 2
- Friendly fire on
- All CPU players are the alternate skins of Bowser Jr.
- DEFEND YOUR FAVORITE 8-PLAYER LOCATION FROM A FULL-SCALE KOOPALING INVASION
Because if they didn't introduce 8-Player Smash for that, I don't know what they introduced it for.

| Abandoning backwards compatibility and below par sensor controls has kept me from being a fan of the Wii. | |

| It is, or at least that's how I feel about it. Nintendo, Microsoft and Sony switch consoles WAY too often. The NES lasted nearly a decade, there's no reason why they can't at least last that long. Backwards compatibility increases the likeliness of a customer sticking with you in the future, but its all money and the next big thing to these guys. | |

| Yeah, it does.. I don't really get what people need amazing graphics for, games are meant for gameplay. Older games often gave great gameplay and graphics didn't really matter as long as it was fun. | |

| That's different tho Geoff lol it involved timing and pushing the right buttons at the precise time. I mean those games that look great but have controls and camera angles broken beyond repair and everybody that seems to worship the game. | |

| Later releases of the Wii removed the ability to play GameCube games, mostly smaller "family" versions or somesuch. Backwards compatibility isn't always an easy thing, so they probably considered the GameCube completely phased out midway through gen 7. | |
