B.B. King, Blues Legend dead at 89

Not sure if the younger crowd here knows who B.B. King is but he was a blues legend and was innovative in terms of things done with the electric guitar. He also fought type II diabetes for over twenty years.

He didn't particularly influence me as a musician but he is highly respected regardless. RIP.

First Ben E. King then Errol Brown now B.B King, all gone at once. So sad to lose all these musical legends.

But we'll never lose what they did to make music what it is today, though. The music and their innovations live on.

Just read up somewhere that they are considering B.B. King's death a homicide? Wonder what would push him to that point..

He collapsed in his last live show from exhaustion. I wonder myself if maybe he felt like he was done?

Was he ill last few months of life? Know that can destroy image of oneself for some.

Had to be something that led to his collapse. I'd like to say that maybe it was in part of him not taking care of his diabetes but after having it for so long and basically being a spokesman on it, I just can't see that.

His daughters are suspecting that he was poisoned by someone in the hospice care center that he was staying at but his primary physician is saying early stage dementia. The poisoning could of led to a diabetic shock, so who knows?

So in other words another Michael Jackson death case? Where'd you find those details Jessie, I'd like to see that link.

Yep that's what I read. CNN is fairly credible.

That's the link that Nick just posted. It could easily be another case of assisted homicide, but as I said who knows? The only people that know is the Hospice Care and his daughters.
