| Great news guys that I forgot to mention earlier. I have one more check-up on my knee tomorrow. If things go as planned which they should, I should be 100% recovered from the replacement surgery.
I'm also down to 237 lbs. I haven't been at this weight since my early 20's. | |

| I am 100% recovered from the knee surgery. I have been advised to keep doing what I've been doing throughout the healing process, strengthening exercises and just keeping myself physically active and to keep up my nutritional plan.
