Like any Trump supporter would say, if I didn't see it then it didn't happen. Of course America is great in their eyes when they refuse to see things for what they really are.

It's like throwing dog turds in a patch of mud and walking through it. How likely will you be able to tell the crap from the mud by looking at it?

Is it even possible to keep up with all these shootings? Swear they're popping up like rabbits.

Think we've covered that issue before in a previous shooting topic. It's gun laws or lack of enforcement.

tbh it's the fact that if gun owners or purchasers are asked to take a mental eval in order to legally own that they'll get offended

One apple spoils the whole bunch, some people really need to stop letting their pride get in the way.

It isn't American if we can't have our guns without a struggle. I find it rather childish that people think of themselves over the safety of others.

It's just the nature of society today. Kill or be killed, all for one and none for all. It's sickening but that's just how some people's minds and values are programmed.

I am assuming that first statement was sarcasm? Can't say filtrating through internet tone is my specialty, please let me know if I assumed wrong. I've read all your posts guys and I agree with all of the points, why we can't be brother and sister when it comes to something like gun safety or violence for that matter, is beyond me. Like bhj said, kill or be killed.

I think it's more of a general view of the gun happy American, Tay Tay. People don't want to make sacrifices if it interferes with what they want. That also stops everyone from working together.

I think its hysterical that Trump is saying the problem ISN'T gun laws. If that ain't ignorance, I don't know WHAT is!

The blind see a country united and great again when it's really divided by who you are and what you vote for.

Another shooting.

http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/thousand-oaks-gunman-was-ex-marine-who-may-have-suffered-from-ptsd-sheriff-says/ar-BBPtbEz?li=BBnb7Kz&ocid=iehp

Marine with suspected PTSD. Proof that we don't take care of our vets, this guy clearly wasn't all there. Still isn't right though.

It isn't right, I agree with that Nick. It is sad that this guy was clearly suffering from PTSD but even worse that it had to take a dozen lives along with it.

Something has to be done, this is getting way out of hand.

As a serving veteran I know a lot of the guys and gals I worked along side struggle with things after they serve. You see things out in the field that can't be unseen and it can cause PTSD which is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Its sad that it had to come down to the guy taking out people and a police officer but its a sad reminder of what can happen when you serve your country. I feel for the families that lost lives in this I can't imagine the pain that they are feeling right now.

Thanks for serving our country, Julian. I feel like some veterans aren't being taken care of post serving time, always hear about some being homeless, some becoming ill and then sad situations like PTSD resulting in sad and violent acts like this one.

Your welcome. I agree with you that not all veterans are not being taken care of.
