Where it all begins, the creation of you! Don't worry, our sign-up sheet isn't as scary as most people think it is.. well, it gives some people minor nightmares but no major trauma! Below is the basic sheet in a quote box:

Biography:

Let us start from the top! We all have names.. you have a name and dang it, so should your character! Give your character a name or feel free to use an official character! If you want to use an official character (which saves you a LOT of work on the sheet, I might add), make sure to click on our Species topic that's located on this board to make your selection. If the character you want to be isn't on our list, please let us know who you want and we'll be glad to get it all set up for you!

Now.. back to the sheet. The next line you have is "Species". Is your character a koopaling? A koopa troopa? A dreaded plumber? Those are all "species"! If there's a species that you want that isn't these three, refer to the Species topic to see our available list of species to play from.. or if you know of one that we do not have posted, please let us know and we'll get that ready to rock for ya!

Age. How the heck old is your character? Pick a number! Yay, I told you these sheets aren't so scary!

Date. And I don't mean boyfriend/girlfriend! What date is it today? Put that date in that spot!

Gender. Is your character male? Female? Guy, Gal? Boy, Girl? Err, getting carried away again! This is another simple thing! Three in a row?? Wish everything was this easy, eh?

Now underneath the gender spot, post a reference picture or a link referring to your character.. this is especially needed if you're creating your own character and it doesn't hurt to post a reference picture of an official character either!

Main Attributes: This is where you give your character ratings on how fast he is, how athletic he is and so forth! Each of the ratings start with one default point as indicated by the one dot on each row.. with 10 points you can add yourself (the lil 10 in brackets next to Main)! Spread them out evenly to each category or pile them up in one category, it's all up to you. The more speed you give your character, the faster he runs and walks.. simple as that. Strength.. is your character a weak little guy, the average joe or muscle bound? You use strength for all sorts of things in this RP, from pushing stuff aside, picking things up and for just running around rabid! Agility.. can your character run for miles and miles on end or does he get tired after taking a handful of steps? Does he stay up for nights on end without feeling sleepy or does he have to take a nap every few minutes? Agility is key when running distances from some big scary Yoshi monster or when you have to walk far distances.. if you don't have agility, you can't do these things! And last but not least (well, under Main anyways), Deception! Can your character put on the best of poker faces or do the others read through him like a two page book? Can he lie his way out of any situation to get what he wants or can you point out his bluffs from a mile away? How good of an actor your character is can get you out of some really big messes and they sometimes have an effect on your characters abilities and attacks.. use points on this one wisely and you could get far!
